2011 ~ A YEAR OF REVELATION ! for Wan-Ling,Elaine,Lynn,Taylor and WanLin!

I got a job working in a High Pay Restaurant and I work shifts at night during the mealtime hours....I learn the ART of making Good Ole' Chicken Rice and the 'chicken' has never TASTE soOO GOOD!

I like my job a lot, we "Chefs" / 'Cooks' get to eat as well during our mealtimes - eating hours.......like this:

This table is laid by me, and I do get a chance at eating it too.........A PARTY! dated Sunday 27th,night.

One Day, Last Year, I went to Singapore.........this is at a China Town over there!

There's a CHICKEN RICE EATING COMPETITION and my brother WON a price! THIRD winner.

This is me on the right hand side of the picture, I was "all dressed-up" for a night out of SUPPERDUPP!

This is Chicken Broth, (chicken-soup RICE), My son EDWARD LOVES to eat this! I took another two more pictures just to ease the burden........of shame.....

Nice isn't it???? I took my time preparing it,because I love my son very much.......!

This is CHICKEN SOUP added with MUSHROOMS and EVERYTHING that a Man needed from a wife!!!!!! Adiioos, I love you ALL!
