"BEHIND THE MASK" ~ My True Self (Behind My Mask....)!

Hi, my name is Wan-Ling Liew. I'm 42 years of age. I'm married and I have two beautiful kids of my choice. I'm separated from my former half, I'm living with my parents and a younger brother, I am self-oriented, disciplined and single and Independent. My boys are living with their grandma, they are in safe-hands.

I like to save money for greater needs, for times are bad. My mother likes me to praise her and shower her with food at all times....so, I make it a point everytime I go "shopping" I will remember to buy food for my Mom and Dad and my brother....

The Mask Behind Me...~ I sometimes voice out my feelings all bottled up at the last minute... I don't want to end up like Michael Jackson( "Why are ya doing this to me...????). Here is a photo of Michael taking off his 'mask', he's still a small boy.......I don't blame him,I would too want to be like "peter-pan"(The boy who never grew up!) fighting Captain Cook and the crocodiles.....

I somehow pitied Michael but I loved his songs.......I will treasure them and his music LIVES on....! This is the "REAL" me and the manifestation of "ME"!

This is currently ALSO me....in a true sense....!

I love to draw and I'm taking off my iron mask now.....Chains of Gold......a Golden Chain.Inside me is a heart full of fire.......(not hell,really,means artitism...challenging life...adventure,fiery!!!)

I love my Mom. I would NEVER hurt a soul...... I treasure many things in life and I have bestowed on me the gifts of nature - humanism. HUMATARIAN! Adiiioooss!(Hello!)

Lai Kuet and Me (Taylor Lynn/Elaine/Wan)

Lai Kuet, my colleague,and I, Taylor Lynn, have got a discount voucher to eat at a famous restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. We both were pretty excited about it as food seems a challenging circle and few seems to be given the advantage.
We didn't have time to dress up like angels but we were glad to be able to fight the Jam. We both ordered and ate heartily to the beat of some classical music. I told my friend about cooking, cleaning, washing, preparing the display and all others related to food. She seems interesting and intrigued though.

My Mom has been washing dishes for the past 40 years and I told her as we ate that her palms and skin on her hands has gone from itchy to pus from using the wrong dish-washing detergent and every Mother's Day I will buy Hand and Body Lotion for her to rub and soften her hand harden through the tough times.

Nowadays it's not so bad after some treatment and even during her birthdays I took her to have Manicure or Pedicure just to patch up on some extravanganza. We have to use dish-washer detergent with a Vitamin E compound and not always use the "cheap" ones available.

The food was good, we ate whole-heartily and Lai Kuet is single and not married. She is currently 25 years of age. She is care-free, and I bid her well this way always....We paid the rest of the outstanding amount that we ordered extra and as we were on our way out decided to take a photo for rememberance. We asked the waiter to take the picture for us.

We went out to the car and Lai Kuet gave me a lift back to our office. We continued our journey, chatting while listening to the car radio....Everything was well.

Hurrah! A Party.......! (Gathering, social life)

We had a party. We barbequed some chicken meats sprinkled with gravy (ginger-sesame-soysauce). We also had chicken wings and chicken cartilage (McNuggets) ~ HOMEMADE, HOMECOOKED. There was an advertisement in the papers last year, 2010 that McNuggets has a high dosage of a compound preservative that triggers "Cancer" ( a disease ). So we had gone HOMEMAKE, instead. I went with my mother to the market to buy the chicken meat ( drumsticks ) and I was given a prize-cash ( a chick ) which I called "Charlie",on behalf of Charlie Sheen who passed his drug test , it's a rooster-Lah!

I've cleaned the grill thoroughly before I used it ~ fine grilled barbequed chicken drums. The gravy sauce is VERY NICE!

These are the homemade chicken cartilage (McNuggets) very rich in Kentucky Fried Chicken Powder. The leaf is given by the market people for dressing and enhancing the fragrance of the scent of fried chicken. All are very nicely done and the plates are absolutely clean.

This is "Charlie" the Price-Chick which I bought for five ringgit. I love chicks as much as I am 'one'.

These are the chicken wings with some salad which I made to go along with the rest of the food.  Mashed potatoes are also served and also fully cooked potatos. The cherries are from my Brother's land in Australia, his wife brought them back for us on one of her many trips back home from Australia.....

I prepared a CHICKEN SALAD DISH for the many vegetarians out there, and that beside it, is a piece of bread to be eaten with sauce, my sauce was from the roti canai stall, something between a creamy sweet and sour masterpiece.

I also fried some chicken drums on a sauce pan and by looking at it, you'd think it's burnt but it TASTE PERFECTLY with the sauce that I used!!!! My mom ate this with a bowl of RICE.

WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME!

BEAUTY, BRAINS and HEART!

You've got to have beauty to survive a long term relationship. You've got to have brains in order to survive a turmoil and a plan to save your marriage. You've got to have a "Heart" in order to forgive a miserable wife. You've got to be Robbie William's " A Better Man".

I've got to have beauty in order to plan ahead for my life and my goals. I've got to have beauty for my status to remained 'single'. I've got to have brains to survive an attack. I've got to have brains to plan ahead to rebuild my life. Independent Women! I've got to have a "Heart" in order to forgive a desperate man longing for a second chance. Everybody deserves a second chance. I deserved a second chance. You've got to have a HEART in order to forgive.

The money is "no good". You've got to have a HEART in order to be romantic in love. You've got to have a HEART to love....a woman who deserves a second chance.....Beauty, Brains and a wholesome HEART. The most of all, the Best of all there is, is a HEART, second, comes beauty and third is Brains!
Too much Brains create "evil". Too much beauty spoils the face and too much Heart gets yourself cheated! You've got to have a moderate THREESOME!

2011 ~ A YEAR OF REVELATION ! for Wan-Ling,Elaine,Lynn,Taylor and WanLin!

I got a job working in a High Pay Restaurant and I work shifts at night during the mealtime hours....I learn the ART of making Good Ole' Chicken Rice and the 'chicken' has never TASTE soOO GOOD!

The ART of Making and Preparing Good Chicken Comes in Handy :-

One Day, Last Year, I went to Singapore.........this is at a China Town over there!

There's a CHICKEN RICE EATING COMPETITION and my brother WON a price! THIRD winner.

This is Chicken Broth, (chicken-soup RICE), My son EDWARD LOVES to eat this! I took another two more pictures just to ease the burden........of shame.....
